We chartered the boat ‘Moon Light’ for my wife's birthday at the end of August. The contact in advance and the reservation process were absolutely uncomplicated and super friendly. This was also confirmed when we were on site to take care of all the bureaucratic and organisational matters for the day. A solution was proposed for all of our requests. This was also confirmed on the day of the charter. The boat was stocked with drinks etc. as we had requested. Carlos' work deserves special mention. For him, customer satisfaction is the top priority. He took sufficient time to brief us on the boat so that no questions remained unanswered. The boat was in very good technical condition. Everything worked without a hitch and all safety equipment was available. Due to the weather conditions, we had to end our planned day earlier than expected and return to the harbour after half a day. Carlos handled this unexpected situation superbly. When it came to settling the bill, he immediately found a solution that was absolutely satisfactory for both parties. The next time we are in Colonia de Sant Jordi, we will definitely only charter from Carlos and his colleagues. Best service in town.
